Spring is very much upon us with Dunedin experiencing some absolutely stunning days interspersed with strong winds and reminders that winter is still very much here with dustings of frost/snow. The blossom on the trees has been quite remarkable this year and fingers crossed for a bumper fruit harvest.

So you've got that idea to do an event or you've just signed up- so now comes the 'f'**k moment and realisation that you've got to train for it... and the anxiety kicks in if you've bitten off more than you can chew? Don't worry we will put your mind at rest. But before that, remember no matter how competitive you are, you are only racing yourself.
